It was announced on a Don Lemon podcast. There's no media coverage.
WASHINGTON (7News) Several people who appeared to take part in a protest held by Veterans were detained on the U.S. Capitol Grounds after entering a barrier and running towards the steps of the U.S. Capitol building.
Just moments before, a group had called for Congress and the Trump administration to stop deploying military forces against recent anti-ICE-related protestors. They also criticized the Army's 250th birthday parade set for Saturday.
Many of those detained wore shirts that read "Veterans Against Fascism."
U.S. Capitol Police (USCP) said they were aware of the veterans' protest, which involved roughly 75 people.
According to a statement, officers established a perimeter shortly after the group left the Supreme Court. Roughly 60 members of the group then pushed down a bike rack and crossed police lines while running towards the Rotunda steps, police officials said.

Instead of "protesters", they'd be "tourists".

They covered the whole thing from crossing the barriers to the zip tying and taking away in vans
Completely, totally, 100% peaceful.
