From the album "Psychedelic Shack", I believe...

We all know who the "band" was and is...now, too!

You (we) had the greatest soundtrack for a lifetime. And the band played on……

That’s a lyric I missed. Nice to get it straight after 55 years. Thanks!

There are still mysteries in the lyric sphere for us to contemplate.

Ya know what pisses me off. New trucks that don’t come with CD Players. And I just ordered the Doobies new CD and Hendrix Valleys of Neptune - Some of his new stuff.

I got CD players in the garage, basement, living room and office. Love to crank up Live For The Music. And finally Bad Company got into the R&R Hall of Fame this year. about freaking time.

Geezer rant off.

You guys do know there are "free" programs that allow you to transfer them to memory sticks to use in new machines...or so I've heard, so long as you own the original.
And there are also portable CD Players that can Bluetooth (and in some, direct connect) to your car radio.
Oh, and the PTB allow you to record anything you hear over the air and space waves on commercial radio for your own enjoyment and no one else's.
