How democratic governors could stop illegal ICE abductions

basically the gist is if an ICE agent breaks state law arrest them. for example if they have an administrative warrant and greak into a house to arrest someone thats burglary. in california thats 6 years in jail. and its a state crime so no trump pardon.

and if you think if the Civil Rights Era you know why. These agents are clearly doing their federal duty so states can't charge them in all probability.

the feds could try and move the case to federal court but then they would have to explain to a judge how an admin warrant, not signed off on by a judge allows them to do it.
