Russia is causing tremendous damage in Ukraine.
It is not right that anybody else should pay for it.

At today’s European Council, we will discuss a reparations loan, backed up by frozen Russian assets, to help Ukraine defend itself.

Anything that is offshore cannot be touched by our government, but other gov'ts can do the same thing. I guess this post is about the EU freezing Russian money held in their banks? What took them so long?

But it’s only been recently that they’ve been taking the interest earned and aiding Ukraine with it.
