O Holy Night. Kris Allen did a great version. In 2017, I won tix to see him in Wilmington (a radio call-in contest) and had no idea who he was. I was afraid it would be all pop-BS (which I'm too old for). But it turned out to be a Christmas-themed tour and it was amazing.

When she was in high school, in a tiny town in West Virginia, my now 102-year-old mother was in the school choir. As a matter of fact, she was in everything, because her graduating class had about 40 people in it. Even the girls' basketball team, as a five foot tall guard. But I digress.
For their Christmas concert, they sang, among many other things, O Holy Night. And when they got to the part "Fall on your knees!", Mom fainted. Right there in front of God and everyone.
So now, when we sing that hymn in church, we giggle.
