grant a blanket pardon before leaving office. Depending on what states have on their books, it will be up to them.

Former Nazis could fade into the citizenry after WWII. People are collecting video evidence of ICE goons perpetrating crimes. The internet is forever. They could potentially become

- Unhireable with work histories at ICE or related agencies

- Unhousable because they are unhireable, violent, or have criminal cases

- Outcasts, shunned by community
