Whipple federal building - protesters have learned that everytime CBS shows up ICE puts on a show of force.

The head of ICE comes out with about 50 thugs and they march in a line across the street toward the protesters.
They are trying to provoke protesters so they can arrest them on CBS cameras.

Protesters are arguing with CBS.
