A new record is something that typically happens monthly. Always. Often weekly.

(9 posts)I wanted a number of one category versus the other. President during whose tenure the Dow broke the record at least once, vs president who presided over no record breaking. The last six presidents have broken records and thats more than six terms because some of those presidents such as Obama and Reagan were elected more than once.
