My Attempt to compile a list of people impacted by the Epstein files release.

It is going beyond the United States (In fact, I would argue there is so far very few consequences in the US since Trump and his goons are blocking it all). In other countries however, that is not the case:

Under investigation or formal probe

Peter Mandelson (UK)
UK police launched an investigation (misconduct in public office allegations tied to leaks to Epstein).

Background reporting on renewed scrutiny:

Thorbjørn Jagland (Norway)
Norway’s economic crime unit (Økokrim) opened an investigation (aggravated corruption suspicion cited in reporting).
https://www.reuters.com/world/norway-police-open-investigation-into-ex-prime-minister-jagland-over-epstein-2026-02-05/

Børge Brende (World Economic Forum CEO)
WEF said it is conducting an independent investigation/review into links reported in the files.

Resigned, stepped down, suspended, or sidelined

Miroslav Lajčák (Slovakia)
Slovakia’s national security adviser resigned after messages appeared in the released material.
https://www.reuters.com/world/slovakia-national-security-adviser-resigns-over-epstein-files-denies-wrongdoing-2026-02-01/

Brad Karp (US, Paul Weiss)
Resigned/stepped down as chairman after Epstein-related emails were reported.
https://www.reuters.com/business/finance/paul-weiss-chairman-brad-karp-resigns-2026-02-05/

Joanna Rubinstein (Sweden, Sweden for UNHCR)
Resigned as chair after reporting about contact disclosed in released documents.
https://www.aa.com.tr/en/americas/swedish-un-official-resigns-after-contact-with-epstein-revealed/3817800

David A. Ross (US, School of Visual Arts)
Resigned from leadership role after correspondence was reported.
https://www.artforum.com/news/school-of-visual-arts-chair-david-a-ross-resigns-1234743305/

Mona Juul (Norway, ambassador)
Reported as suspended/sidelined while Norwegian authorities review disclosures.
Reuters context on Norway inquiry and European reverberations:

Additional international reporting citing suspension:

Caroline Lang (France)
Resigned as head of France’s Independent Production Union after links surfaced.
https://www.reuters.com/world/former-french-minister-lang-summoned-over-epstein-links-source-says-2026-02-06/

Prominently mentioned / tied in reporting (not necessarily under new official action)

Prince Andrew (UK)
Reuters reports new scrutiny, including moving out of Royal Lodge following latest revelations.
https://www.reuters.com/world/uk/ex-prince-andrew-leaves-windsor-home-after-latest-epstein-revelations-2026-02-04/

Ariane de Rothschild (Switzerland, Edmond de Rothschild)
Reuters reports continued personal contact disclosed in the files.
https://www.reuters.com/business/finance/epstein-files-show-swiss-bank-ceo-de-rothschild-kept-up-yearslong-personal-2026-02-05/

Jack Lang (France)
Reuters reports he was summoned over links, and also references Caroline Lang’s resignation.

https://www.reuters.com/world/former-french-minister-lang-summoned-over-epstein-links-source-says-2026-02-06/

Larry Summers (US, Harvard)
Took a leave from teaching and stepped back from Harvard roles after the release of Epstein-related emails and as Harvard opened a new investigation (Nov 2025).

https://www.reuters.com/world/us/larry-summers-says-hes-stepping-back-public-commitments-after-epstein-emails-2025-11-19/

EDIT: I want to make it clear, its not a list of people cited in the files, that is much bigger number. It is a list of people who suffered consequences, either by resigning, being ostracized or under investigation.
