Kash Patel Confirms UFC Fighters Will Train FBI Agents This Week, Calling It A "Historic Opportunity"

Just weeks after joining the U.S Men’s Olympic hockey team in the locker room to celebrate their Gold Medal victory in Italy, FBI director Kash Patel is celebrating what he sees as another athletic milestone.

“I’m thrilled to announce this historic seminar between the FBI and the UFC at Quantico,” said Patel in a statement released today by the UFC. “This is a tremendous opportunity for our FBI agents to learn and train with some of the greatest athletes on earth — helping the world’s premier law enforcement agency be even better prepared to protect the American people.”

The training will provide insight into UFC fighters’ training methods as well as fighting techniques and tactics. It will take place at the FBI Special Agent Academy in Quantico on March 15 and 16 and is for “academy students as well as senior FBI staff from around the world.”

Patel first floated the idea in a teleconference with the heads of the FBI’s 55 field offices just after he took charge at the Bureau last year.

UFC CEO Dana White is a longtime supporter of President Trump, having spoken at the RNC in 2024 and at Trump’s victory rally in 2025. The duo have also announced a UFC fight at the White House on Trump’s birthday.

THIS is what America is now.

I need the dominant culture to start making moves against this govt right after their March at the end of the month.

Make them FEAR you. They don't fear the dominant culture and this is why this shit continue. Not just the Regime - but every single one elected to Federal Office.

learn to wear tights and try out for wrestle mania?

Seriously, here I thought we had amassed enough lethal training skills from the various Eastern practices, like karate, judo, taekwondo...to name a few. I mean, so many ways to come up with defensive tactics as well as lethal strikes. Now, I guess, they can add entertainment to the list.

as well as training to getting someone to the group to secure the situation. I’m sure it doesn’t take 5-8 of them to never really get a skinny VA Nursevto the ground.

Good Lord.

The FBI is claiming (obviously falsely) that Iran wants to drone strike California but the FBI Director is focused on MMA bros training FBI agents?

Then they wouldn’t need to learn how to kickbox from pugilistic entertainers.

despite the fact that FBI agents spend a lot more of their time working on computers and doing paperwork and interviewing witnesses and other investigation than they do running down alleys in the dark and arresting violent criminals. But this is all for show, for the amusement of Dear Leader as well as his own fantasies. I wonder if he got his Florsheim shoes?

I spent over 40 years in martial arts and sparred every Friday for 7+ years, full contact. These bozos can’t hold a candle to real fighters. And I’m not talking about myself. We have special forces trained in hand to hand that would kill these twits while they’re lining up their first move. I have met several. They don’t show off, push people around, or otherwise draw attention to themselves.

Exactly.

I remember Bruce Lee saying that, in a real fight, there is no reason to kick your opponent anywhere above the knee.

Your objective is to take your attacker down in the quickest and most effective way possible. …a punch in the throat, or go for the eyes or groin. None of those things are legal, or taught, to UFC fighters.

57. Overgrown 12-year-old Kash Patel announces RIDICULOUS new plan to have UFC fighters train FBI agents!
Thu Mar 12, 2026, 03:59 PM

This is a stupid stunt

FBI Director Kash Patel just announced the most unserious, clown-show "training" program in law enforcement history: a two-day "historic seminar" with the UFC at the FBI Academy in Quantico on March 15-16.

Agents and senior staff from around the world will now learn "fighting techniques and tactics" from Dana White's professional cage fighters to supposedly "better protect the American people."....

This comes right after Patel shamed himself by crashing the U.S. Men's Olympic hockey team's gold-medal locker room celebration in Italy.

Now he's turning the FBI's elite training facility into a mixed-martial-arts boot camp while the country deals with the consequences of Trump’s already disastrous war with Iran.
The UFC calls it part of the FBI's push for "exciting, innovative training options" to "revamp and improve" preparation.

Excuse me, what the hell does the UFC know about the serious work the FBI is supposed to be doing?

This is beyond unserious; it's just embarrassing. The FBI Director treating Quantico like a UFC tryout gym makes Patel and Trump look like complete idiots who think protecting America means learning how to throw elbows instead of doing actual police work.

While families bury their dead and the economy suffers, the administration is playing fight club with pro wrestlers.
