The old SNL "Sinatra Group" sketch really crystallizes how Trump treats those who worship him

Mike Myers as Steve Gorme, Victoria Jackson as Edie, REALLY kissing the Chairman of the Board's ass to curry favor, and the more they grovel, the more Sinatra humiliates them.

This is Trump...whether it's with the MAGAts or his own Cabinet goons...if you choose to worship him, there is a price to be paid, with your credibility and dignity.

He obviously had worked around him plenty. He would be filming something and they'd tell Trump what to say and as soon as the camera rolled he'd just say whatever he wanted and tell the director "that was great! We're all done here." You just knew that was exactly how Trump was and now, today, we all know it's true.
