Nobody likes him. Who would follow him, and more to the point, why? They mostly ignore him whenever possible now . . . not exactly the kind of fanatical support you would need to pull off a takeover of the United States military.

(969 posts)If he attempted it, it would only be as someone's dupe. He isn't inspirational to enough people, and he makes bad choices in allies. He's toast if Trump goes down, for any reason, and probably regardless when Trump gets sick of him, which he will.
He'll be called a loser by Trump before this is over.
