He's fired all of the smart people that helped guide past Presidents. The ones with the historical/institutional knowledge on diplomacy and negotiating to protect our collective interest.
He's on his own now, and in, way over, his head. If Republicans don't react soon (like, take him down), it's going to be even worse than the current polling results are showing.

(21,100 posts)Two days into this 'war' the emphatic answer would still be NO. The US has very little integrity and trust of other nations. The farce will drag out until the end of his term and be repaired relatively easily when a democrat is in charge.
