All the Dems will coalesce on that final Democratic candidate so essentially like taking Steyers numbers and Becerras numbers and adding them together.

NEW: Becerra has pulled ahead of Hilton, and Steyer has gained a bit on Hilton. DDHQ has not yet called who will face Becerra in the general.
