It is increasingly difficult to keep myself balanced. Fortunately I sing in a choir where we are all in tune with one another and find comfort through music. This gives me hope.

but watching professional sports with their rules-based requirements and high expectations of good sportsmanship and respect for all players gives me some temporary relief from the madness and chaos of what is happening all around us.
