Trump’s proposed government-wide nondisclosure agreement (NDA) for federal employees could silence whistleblowers and make workers think twice before reporting wrongdoing.
I’m demanding answers because federal employees should never fear retaliation for exposing waste, fraud, abuse, or violations of law.
