I love Nancy, too!

Don’t you love Sluggo’s sly smile in the penultimate panel?

4. Hey, whenever!

I keep reminding myself: “Nothing lasts forever. Not even him.”

BUT: Whenever, we ALL Absolutely MUST resolve to stay vigilant. It’s up to us - each and every one of us - to do our utmost to make sure it doesn’t happen again!

I realize the results of an effective strategy won’t last forever, no matter how hard we’ll have worked or how well it will have worked out. But maybe this stuff is cyclical. Whatever redemption we’ll earn may well hold through our lives and maybe the lives of our children and younger extended-family members, before things turn bad again.

maybe this stuff is cyclical.

I have info from 4 scholars or theorists who think that. One of these days I’ll write up a post on that topic.

Buzzy, good find. Nice way to end the evening.

I have a boatload of fireworks I had planned to set off on election night when Kamala won.

Unfortunately, well....you know the rest.
But fear not! I saved them all for the next very special occasion!!!!!

WHEN. HE'S. FUCKING. DEAD.

But should a wavy blue thing come along before that glorious day, I will defintely use some of the stash that night!!

Is the other fun part to watch. What an absurd fantasy to think you’ve “discovered an island.” I love the citizen reaction to it. Nobody wants them. Pariahs, if not jailbirds.

Great meme. 🤣
