He should take the island of Kish. Cheney had a house there for years (it's the Iranian version of Hong Kong). He eventually changed the ownership registration to Halliburton, so Trump probably has a cozy place to stay when he visits. Then he can strut around on what is still technically Iranian soil, and do his Veni Vidi Vici routine before going home, and asking "WHAT was the name of that place again?"

3. I have an Iranian ex-pat friend living in Berlin.

He doesn't go back as much as he used to, but he used to visit Kish often in the days when the Halliburton House was still in Cheney's name. The island even used to keep a register ranking its residence in order of wealth (Cheney was #76, if you're up for some useless trivia). He even once gave me a local newspaper with this info in it, although since I can't read Farsi, I can just stare at it and say, "uh-huh."
