about counter-suing for defamation? Or for costs of defending? IIRC, England says that the loser had to pay court costs. If that is so, then the Beeb could sue the old Pedo in English courts, and confiscate his properties if he fails to appear.

transfer the case to English courts?

Trump forgets about how thorough English Barristers are. And no nonsense, either. Trump, by starting an international suit, has grabbed a tiger by the tail.. If he can be dragged into English courts, he is a goner..

... fuck with his bad combover has a disturbing lack of forethought. A slow third-grader would have grasped the inevitability of DISCOVERY. Now the South End of a Northbound Yak can start screeching about VICTORY as he withdraws his fraudulent lawsuit.
When, oh WHEN will we be rid of this disgusting blob of repulsive protoplasm?

I think Trump and his minions would destroyed everything in his possession in the four years after he left office. By now, his corrupt DOJ has probably destroyed anything the government had that would incriminate him for J6 for any reason.
