Katie f'n Phang!

She did what nobody else dared to do. She challenged Todd Blanche for illegally not following the Epstein Transparency Act. The Judge agreed with her in a 48-page ruling.

She is no Big Media name. She is an independent journalist. She argued that she had standing as a journalist and she could not do her job if the Epstein files, redacted and unredacted, were not released to the public.

She deserves our thanks and appreciation for a job very well done. The DOJ has until Tuesday to decide what they are going to do? They have been breaking the law since December of last year. The Court has ruled against them.

Katie Phang rules the day!

Has anyone spoken about a realistic timeline? Or will this be "appealed" multiple times to the USSC?

I do not think it is accurate that she has 20 years with NBC/MSNBC, though. She was with Fox for some time, though that was not a good fit for her.

me correctly -- which it does less frequently these days! -- she often appeared on Greta something or another's show. And she didn't strike me as a Fox-ite. I was glad to see her go to NBC/MSNBC, though these days I favor her podcast.

did Blanche really agree to an interview with Phang?

Wild how right wingers accept interview invitations thinking they could outsmart Jon Stewart, Mehdi Hasan or an MSNOW host.
