'Mysteriously disappeared': DOJ Epstein prosecution memo vanishes after press inquiry

Source: Raw Story

February 7, 2026 2:27PM ET

An 86-page Justice Department prosecution memo that included details on “potential co-conspirators” of Jeffrey Epstein “mysteriously disappeared” from the DOJ’s website after the agency was asked about the document by the Miami Herald, investigative reporter Julie Brown revealed Saturday.

“Contrary to what the FBI and DOJ have said over the past year, it turns out there really is an FBI list of other people suspected of possible wrongdoing in connection with Jeffrey Epstein,” Brown, who writes for the Herald, wrote on her Substack Saturday. “One of the documents that outlines the DOJ investigation into ‘potential co-conspirators of Jeffrey Epstein’ – the DOJ’s 86-page prosecution memo – mysteriously disappeared from the Government’s website this week after we asked the DOJ about it.”

The Herald published a report earlier on Saturday about the prosecution memo, which it noted had since been removed from the DOJ’s website at the time of publication. A copy of the memo, however, was preserved by Brown before its removal and contains details about potential co-conspirators of Epstein, albeit with their names redacted.

Lengthy sections of the memo are fully redacted, such as one that reads: “Evidence that [redacted] conspired to sex traffic minors, followed by more than nine pages of fully redacted text.

I'm happy that she found this and snagged a copy before they "Epsteined" it.
Thanks for posting this!

NEED TO KNOW

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene went into depth about her falling out with President Donald Trump in a new profile for The New York Times
The soon-to-be-former congresswoman said that her advocacy for survivors of Jeffrey Epstein drove the final wedge between them, claiming, "Epstein was everything"
A White House spokesperson responded to Greene's profile in a statement to PEOPLE, saying, "we don’t have time for her petty bitterness"

11. It's the biggest criminal coverup, at the very highest levels of government and the private sector, in U.S. history.

Every other scandal in recent decades...Watergate, Iran Contra, Clinton-Lewinsky, and many others...is a minor footnote to the Epstein imbroglio.

I think that Trump's Mara Lago hired pretty young girls/teenagers, and Trump had a business agreement with his friend Epstein that he could pluck from his "harem", for compensation of course. An easier way to convince a poor girl that his island was similar to Mara Lago and needed spa workers and maids etc as well. And then groom them for 'other services'.

That is the stupid thing about this, they only call more attention to the documents they take down and others will then publish.

DOJ is dumb if they think people aren't grabbing these docs as fast as they can. When Ben has one & finds that they've deleted it he does a live and provides it in pdf for us all to read.

15. Two things I don't believe:
Sun Feb 8, 2026, 01:14 AM

(1) That an 86-page Justice Department prosecution memo can just disappear.

(2) That with thousands of Epstein related documents, no one went through a lot of them and took a list of who did what with whom.

If the Justice Department was heading for multiple prosecutions, collection and collation of such data would have been a high priority.
