PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - Chants and cheers could be heard along Southwest Naito Parkway near Waterfront Park on Thursday as hundreds of Portland Community College union workers remain on strike for better pay and benefits.

“This cannot stand. We can’t keep having crisis among crisis among crises. We need real leadership at the state level,” Wadlin said.
