Trump Snubs His Big Faith Event to Go Golfing

Source: Daily Beast

Updated May 17 2026 4:49PM EDT
Published May 17 2026 4:39PM EDT

President Donald Trump skipped his own White House-backed event “rededicating” the nation to God to spend the day at his preferred place of worship: the golf course.

As thousands flocked to the National Mall on Sunday for a Trump-backed rally highlighting “the Church’s role in history and civic life” in honor of America’s 250th, the president’s motorcade rolled out of the capital towards the Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, Virginia.

Meanwhile, Trump, 79, fired off a decidedly unholy and chilling Truth Social message once again threatening to wipe out Iran. “For Iran, the Clock is Ticking, and they better get moving, FAST, or there won’t be anything left of them,” he wrote. “TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE! President DJT.”

Trump, who said in 2020 that he considers himself a non-denominational Christian, appears not to have attended a church service since his January 21, 2025, visit to the Washington National Cathedral in the final event of his second inauguration. He has instead made a habit of spending many Sundays on the fairways of his golf clubs. According to Did Trump Golf Today, the president has played golf for 106 of his first 483 days back in office, or roughly 21.9 percent of his presidency.

The Hepatitis-ridden little bastard - paranoid to the end - had his casket lined with lead, out of fear one of his (many) victims would try to defile his bio-hazard of a corpse.

It was, consequently, so heavy, that one of the pallbearers fainted (and these were the strongest Marines Nixon could find!).

Would've been great if the other five had dropped it on his "widow" (Clyde Tolson - who inherited Hoover's ill-gotten estate).

The little pig was full of stories.

I forget the book I read many of them (it was in the '90s) - though I do recall hearing the FBI tried to get it banned (indirectly - by pressuring publishers to drop it).

One of the best-known stories from the beginning of his life - rather than the end - is that his mulatto mother (who hated her own African-American percentage - probably a good 25% or so), was aghast that her son turned out as mulatto as he did.

You see, she had married a very white guy in hope of avoiding that - who, sadly, suffered from mental illness.

So - of course - Edgar (his preferred nickname) got his Negro features from his mom, and his borderline personality from his dad.

Edgar - who adored his mother to a fault - adopted her hatred of Black people lock, stock and barrel. He started by straightening his hair as a teen - and, as you know, went on to be the scourge of the Civil Rights movement much later in life.

There's also good reason to believe he had Oakland, CA, flooded with heroin in the late '60s - out of sheer hatred for the Black Panthers.

In many ways - a "Trump-before-Trump" in his sheer level of criminality, his penchant for (and vulnerability to) extortion, and seething hatred for his fellow man.

he might of had some Black lineage as well. Black people have such a range (with heinous begnnings) of Black to Caucasian features. And he straightened his hair?! Woah.
I knew he was probably gay, or bi.
.
I was 19 when he died, so compared to some older DU'rs [I"m 73]; they might have been even more aware of him.
But I did/do know of his relentless pursuit of Dr King and other Civil Rights activists!
Thanks for this info...wow. History (which I often learn from) can inform us!

Riddle me that one. There is no evidence of him actually swinging a club since July of 2025. Not one picture. Just some photo ops of an old man riding on a golf cart.

anymore. He seemed to genuinely love it, and so I’m very glad he doesn’t seem physically capable of doing it any more.

I think he loved the idea of explaining every hole to his captive audience of fools and frauds each and every single time they played, over and over. What great taste I have. Wow I’m so good at buying things. Isn’t that great? Wow, I’m like a pro golfer. Let’s get back to the club so everyone can see you golfed with me and you can tell them how I won by a lot! Lather, rinse, repeat - Until July of last year. That’s the last time he’s been seen actually golfing rather than just photo-ops and riding around on a golf cart.

1. All the fairways are thick crabgrass and are only 20 feet wide.
2. Both sides of the fairway are jungle thicker than the Amazon rainforest, savage oceans full of great white sharks, or sand traps resembling the Sahara.
3. The greens are the size of a typical suburban driveway and are like a rubber mat. Any ball that hits them will immediately bounce off.
4. There are no carts.
5. There are no caddies.
6. There is no alcohol.
7. The holes are the same diameter as the golf balls plus about 2mm, allowing them to fit, but the putts have to be perfect.
8. Since it's Hell, every golfing day is hot, blazing hot, melting your scalp hot (and no stupid red hats allowed).
9. Every hole is 500+ yards long.
10. Every hole is a par 3.
11. Once you start a round, you have to finish all 18 holes. No turning back.
12. There is always an extremely slow foursome ahead of you and one obnoxious one behind you.
13. No holes are straight.
14. A round costs more than a month's rent in Hell, which is more than a San Francisco apartment in Hell Dollars.
15. Everyone playing is a better and more important person than you are.

Yes, there is golf in Hell...may he "enjoy" it when he gets there.

He probably putters around a bit then dozes off or gets his virgin blood transfusion. Even his aides writing mad Truth Social texts is to keep the illusion alive, but it must be sick and arrogant to pass off. How easy to focus on plain outrage! He barely can speak without screwing it up or wander off. So, when he is is totally out of it- if not already- they can do this little theater and people will not ask the obvious question.
