Is it just a blinking cursor on an empty screen or a call to creativity?...

So….

Sitting by the fire as the snow drifted down covering everything in a thin coat of frosty white, I glanced at the rock dam in the river, white water pouring over the rocks got me to thinking about an old man’s long beard.
….
Copper leaves of the Aspen trees stood as a blast of color in the black and white of the winter forest.
….
Hello disappoint my old friend, I’ve come to live with you again..

Some people eat soup.

It started out with the latter being the former only to end up with the latter being the former. Wait, are you on hybrids?

It’s been a rough winter, although it may be starting to break this week. Must admit though the THC is starting to gain on the red blood cells.

Doing good?

Not bad. I've come to the part of moving in where I had to buy a shredder to relieve myself of old papers I should have disposed of years ago. Halfway through that now. The good prt is that I have cleared my living room of thing that don't belong there!

It's been pretty cold here so I haven't been out socializing yet,not overly concerned about that,I kind of like being somewhat invisible right now anyway.

Have to wait for next winter to get cabin fever!

I kinda owe an explanation. Let’s board the way back train.

Back in the old days of BBS communications, I was in a Freehand users group. Macromedia Freehand was one powerful 2-D drawing program. We were starting up our business and I was responsible for the artwork and layout of our advertising. It was less expensive if we did our own “cut & paste”. This was before Adobe came in and bought everything up.

The group had artists, copywriters and a genuine bunch of crazies. A few of us would spark creativity by random prose in as descriptive words that we could…train of thought while thinking or gazing upon a scene.
It was all just for after hours fun.

“Some people eat soup” was our sign off phrase.

Couple more days of minus temps coming here but after that looks ok enuf.
Playing around growing in the tent onions and potatoes in the ground…inside.
You’re doing your living room I’m re-organizing my workbench. Harbor Freight is my new addiction.
Working with our local Indivisible group getting ready for the next “No Kings” protest.

But cuz of this cold weather projects that we could work on in more moderate temps are pileup like drift snow in the corner.
