1. I have a love/hate relationship with that venue

Blossom Music Center gets some great musicians , and I like outdoor performances, except when I get caught in an unanticipated thunderstorm.

3. Can't hardly blame Blossom. They used to let the lawn tickets come up into the covered seats if it rained. Haven't ...

... been there in 35 years.

What I hated was getting out of the parking lots. But if I still had a doobie, it wasn't so bad.

4. I did find shelter

Finally. After getting utterly drenched.

The long trudge after the music is over, followed by an interminable wait to drive out of the parking lot, didn’t help my disposition either. Unfortunately, I was abstinent at the time, so no euphoric boost.

5. I feel your pain about the monster march to the lot and the crazy long waits, especially before they ...

... did some road improving out, which helped those heading for RT 8, not so much going up Peninsula Road to Akron or to Yellow Creek Road out to Bath and Medina.

2. First time anyone brought up a concert/recording I actually was at, other than me! Good concert!
