Amazing sound recording, amazing performances, amazing material.

Odd that this analog recording from nearly 50 years ago sounds better than recordings of today.

... solid state amps. I wouldn't give up my Sherwood amp or Thorens TD turntable with a Shure SME tone arm with Ordifon cartridge (though having to send it to the Netherlands the next time it needs a needle might be very expensive) though I've heard it can be done in the US. All from the seventies.
