1. I remember when this album hit the shelves.

When they first hit the shelves they seemed so different from everything else on the radio I rushed out to buy it. They even looked like rock stars on the album cover!

I loved Savoy Brown from which they spawned, but sounded nothing like them.

Thanx for posting. It's been a long time since I heard this. I just realized I have four of their previous albums and first fell for their cover of "I Just Want To Make Love With You" is the best version I've ever heard.

2. Rod Price Was A GREAT Slide Guitar Player!

Lonesome Dave had a nice, high, clear voice too.
We saw them at The Auditorium Theater in Chicago on the tour after the Energuzed album. I forget what album that was.
