My husband and I have lived here since the very late 1960's. Even then housing was through the roof.

But we're settled and will never live anywhere else again.

And oh my God, those tomatoes look divine! There's nothing like a perfectly ripe, end of summer tomato. When I was a kid, my favorite thing was eating a tomato sandwich with lots of Duke's mayo on my grandmother's home made bread. I didn't know at the time that we were so poor that we couldn't afford bacon to make a proper BLT, but even decades later, that's still one of my favorite meals ever. I just wish I could make bread like Grandma did...

16. Oh my, I am sorry to be late to the party. Spectacular, as always, my dear Ms Peggy.

The artwork was incredibly talented, and I wanted all the flowers, they are so gorgeous! And what to say about the food, except. . When is dinner (and everyone can have my share of the okra!!!)???. I loved the way some of the berry baskets were displayed in that diamond pattern! Very cool!
