Arizona Secure Elections Act could be on your November ballot

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - HCR2001, known as the Arizona Secure Elections Act, was passed by the state House on Monday, Feb. 9.

If it gets passed by the state Senate, it could be on your November ballot.

The measure would enshrine some existing voting and election laws, along with new ones, into the state constitution.

Valid U.S. ID is already required to register to vote, but as of now, only in-person voters need to present ID.
