A Southern California man has been living with a bear under his house since November and he says the state is no longer helping to try to get the bear out. CBS News' Carter Evans reports.

13. I did not see that. Yes, of course he must if a gas line has ruptured, but given state...

authorities are not responding, this seems s little unexpected or perhaps a tenuous claim by the owner to try to get help (which I could understand)... But, an actual gas line ruptured is a STAT emergency that should have local authorities, the power company and 911 in hyper-response. Thus, I wonder...

15. UPDATE: Bear removed after living underneath Altadena home for months

The homeowner spoke with Eyewitness News and said the bear was spotted Wednesday and was shocked by an electrified doormat used by professionals to capture bears.

The bear's whereabouts remain unknown as of Thursday afternoon. A wildlife rescue group helped with the bear's removal.
