it isn't any more.
Very few jobs in data centers, but they use a lot of water and power.

Makes utility bills go up the more of them you have, and if water becomes scarce, they expect to keep working full capacity, and to hell with the needs of the communities.

explanation.
Posted at 5:37pm. It has to do with the town of Jay, Maine. I'm at least accepting Gov. Mills explanation that she would have signed this bill had the exception for Jay been included. For the time being, I'm taking her word for it.
