Daniel Kahneman " Thinking Fast and Slow."

A Book Written By Someone That Actually......... Won A Nobel Prize

I had the pleasure of reading this book, over a decade ago.
In the last few weeks, the application of the book's concepts have allowed me
to send conservatives running away from the table exclaiming, "I can only take
so much from liberals." It usually does not take more than a question about the
Availability Heuristic, a topic which arises in the first few pages.
Using the concepts from whole book, when debating with conservative
republicans, would be like asking a toddler to solve the Heisenberg representation.
Seriously, it is a great book, which pops the bubbles of republican conservatives
with every turn of the page. This is not because Khaneman was using psychology, and
statistics to hide the truth, as is our current regime, but because he was using psychology,
and statistics to seek the truth.
Enjoy

PS If anyone verbally disagrees with your interpretation of Khaneman's work , remember
that the Gov' has an executive order about discrimination, and Jewish people.
Pillen's order requires Nebraska to track, and restrict antisemitic behavior.
Daniel Kahneman was an Israeli-American psychologist.
So we will have to have the Gov' ask trump to send the militias in to talk to the anti-semites.
However, warn the anti-semites to not obstruct traffic, or legally, carry a firearm with a permit,
even if you do not threaten anyone, when dealing with trump's militias.
We have all seen the videos, as to how that turns out........

This is a variation of the general discussion post, adapted
for Nebraska's unique circumstances.

as suggested additional reading. You can also check out "Choices, Values and Frames" for a deeper dive into cognitive biases and such.
