Ranked choice voting returns for NYC Primary Election

New York City voters will head to the polls this weekend, as early voting for the Primary Election begins Saturday.

Residents won't have to select only one candidate per race because ranked choice voting has returned.

No system is perfect, but RCV improves on the usual plurality-winner system that most of us have. At least once a critical mass of voters understand it.
