RUN FOR SOMETHING: Lindsey Grossman for Ulster County Legislature, District 19

Lindsey Grossman, an innovative leader in technology, small business growth, and public health, is running for Ulster County Legislature to advance affordable housing, economic development, and environmental protection. Lindsey brings international, national, and local leadership experience across public and private sectors and will serve her community with empathy, energy, and expertise.

Dedicated to helping small businesses and families improve their lives, Lindsey has led large-scale initiatives supporting small business growth, economic empowerment, women’s reproductive rights, and HIV prevention. With nearly 20 years of experience across the U.S., Europe, Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Latin America, Lindsey has held senior leadership roles in public policy, product management, and partnerships at Intuit, Stripe, Netflix, Wise, and Block (Square/Cash App).

Lindsey also serves as Vice President of the National Foreign Trade Council Foundation’s Board of Directors. In this role, she advances efforts to help small businesses, entrepreneurs, and startups benefit from global trade. Through these experiences, she has also seen first-hand the need for effective regulation to protect consumers and our environment while supporting innovation.

Today, she runs a consultancy advising entrepreneurs on building products, entering markets, and scaling businesses. Across all her work, Lindsey builds and inspires teams to adopt borderless mindsets to channel new thinking, biases towards action and learning, and empathy in decision-making.
