Wisconsin Midterms Will Tell All - WSJ letter to the editor
Here in Waukesha County, the former core of Republican strength, I have talked to Republican leaders until I run out of words. Not one of them grasps that the problem is President Trump. They think the party will bounce back. Come the November midterms, they will find that, thanks to Mr. Trump, the Republican Party as we know it no longer exists. Republican leaders think Mr. Trump is a conservative. There is nothing conservative about the White House ballroom, tariffs, talk of invading Denmark or war in Iran.
