CNN Fear and Greed index at 15 on Friday ...

Click on timeline in the upper right to see the chart and use your cursor to the numbers reached in the past year, a better bottom indicator in my opinion.

like

* market momentum: S&P 500 and its 125-day moving average,
* stock price strength: Net new 52-week highs and lows on the NYSE
* stock price breadth (number of shares rising compared to number falling),
* put/call ratio,
* VIX,
* difference between stock and bond returns,
* yield spread between junk bonds vs. investment grade bonds

ETA
Fear and Growth Index - abbreviated FAGI

I thought, hmm, that is REALLY familiar, FAGI, something I've used a lot before, but when and where and what did it stand for?

Finally it occurred to me,
Federal Adjusted Gross Income

not to be confused with MAGI
Modified Adjusted Gross Income

over the years I've found charts to be helpful, plus I'm too lazy to dig through all the financial reports

If one can combine both that would be the best of both worlds. You pulled more info from the components than I normally do, that being said I do look at some of these independently.

I've done screen shots over the past few years, searched and found this site FWIW.

I just listed them for the benefit of anyone reading this thread, but it will take a while for me to make sense of some of them
