Related: About this forum☀️ Germany Records Hottest Day Ever As Europe Heatwave Worsens 105.8 F
1 hr ago, DW News, German public broadcast system. (5 mins). Temperatures climbed above 41 degrees Celsius (105.8 degrees Fahrenheit) today breaking the country's all- time heat record for the 2nd day in a row. 🇩🇪
- YouTube Comments:
Authorities are warning of water shortages, employers expect transport disruptions increasing pressure on infrastructure that was not designed to withstand such extreme heat.
Plant more trees please, green plants cool the environment. Concrete is the issue, it traps heat.
Animal experts please teach people to not walk their dogs during the day, esp. without 'dog shoes.' It's torture to their paws.
We took refuge in a hotel with A/C.
We are melting down here in Danemark as well...

I know that the cooling sprays help temporarily but wouldn't they also help raise the humidity levels?
I've lived in Phoenix at 110F+ but could limit my time outside in those temps. And, as they used to say "it is a dry heat."

...as common as in the US, but any air conditioners that are there and running are powered by coal in antinuke heaven.
