Putin preparing for another war - Eastern Express - TVP WORLD

Dutch intelligence has issued a stark assessment: Russia could be ready for another war within a year of the end of fighting in Ukraine. This episode breaks down what that timeline really means – and why it points to something deeper than simple military recovery. Join us as our host, Jonasz Rewiński, and his guest, retired Col. Vaidotas Malinionis, Founder and Managing Director of Lithuania’s National Defense Foundation, examine how Russia is restructuring its economy, society, and strategy around sustained conflict. The focus is not just on capability, but intent: limited wars designed to fracture NATO rather than defeat it outright. If the war in Ukraine ends, the next phase may already be planned.

Chapters:
00:00 Introduction: European intelligence agencies' assessment
02:57 Introduction: Russian preparations
07:57 Interview: Assessing the threat to the Baltic states and Article 5
11:33 Interview: Hybrid scenarios and community resilience
13:54 Interview: How accurate is the assessment?

He's as bloodthirsty as trump, but has brains.

I can't believe the Russian people want to be in a continual state of war. They can't afford it in funding, or lives.
