What's for Dinner, April 27, 2026

Brown sugar glazed salmon.

Soba noodles with chopped broccoli, scallions, and sesame sauce. Cilantro.

Blueberry basil kombucha.

I have new kinds of ice cream for dessert but doubt I'll have any. Not interested in sweets right now for some reason.

I used this recipe for the tuna patties
https://www.budgetbytes.com/tuna-patties/

And my 2 cats ALWAYS get the liquid from the drained tuna

Looks like the last of the morels of the season. Went out this morning before the storm, and didn't find anymore.

Popcorn later this evening.

Good Evening

Broiled pink salmon with a honey mustard glaze. Steamed asparagus with sliced mushrooms, and air-fried sweet potato nuggets. Baked apple crunch for dessert. Cheers!🥂
