Appetizer: Watercress-cream cheese spread on crackers.
Chicken Cordon Bleu. Panko for the breading, ham and mozzarella plus Swiss for the filling.
Mixed salad greens with purple and red pear tomatoes, red onion, and cucumber. I'm using oak leaf lettuce from one of my lettuces:

Kombucha: blueberry basil.
Dessert: Decaf coffee and chocolate chip biscotti.

(43,203 posts)luncheon with her cousins, she would pick me up my favorite pizza at Casey's.
So hopefully a Casey's Gas Station pizza for dinner tonight.
I just now woke up from a two hour nap, and she's not home yet.

(1,989 posts)Steam-fried in evoo and veggie broth: chopped onion, red bell pepper, trimmed snow peas, sliced water chestnuts, minced garlic and ginger. When done I added air-fried tofu cubes and garlic-ginger sauce. Served over organic brown rice. Cheers!🥂

(23,412 posts)I saved the broth from the beef ribs the other day. Also had enough of the meat left. I loaded the pot up with veggies. It is still chilly here, so it was a good choice for the weather.
