A cool find on this butter.

My friend from the gym is like i am old guy inspired novice cook so he suggested this butter.
I just made baked potatoes and added this butter with diced tomatoes and sour cream. Plan is to use it for homemade garlic bread sometime.

About my table butter. It is close to $5 for 8 oz.
I buy my cooking and baking butter on sale.

Yeah, one has to account for the price of garlic & herbs, but it's still way less than $8 a pound. I guess for some people, the convenience makes it worth the cost, but my time isn't all that precious. And I like to cook.

for unsalted or salted regular butter.

Unfortunatly a 'friend' turned me on to the French butter with sea salt.....

The good news is I don't use it for cooking so it does last.
