Related: About this forumNew pic of Arthur
I bought the kid cats a new, much taller, much fancier, heavy duty cat tree. Gryff and Madoc prefer the top perch but Arthur seems more at home in what I will call his castle.

Looks like a great cat tree as well. Was it fun to assemble?

(27,936 posts)The little block shelters were beyond awkward to assemble. And, of course, Merlin insisted on supervising. Madoc and Arthur 'secured' the sections I was working on by sitting on them. Gryff and Gwen observed.
Of course, the struggle was worth it.

(30,349 posts)The crossed paw pose reminds me of 2 of our now-departed cats - a gray tabby brother and lynx-point Siamese sister. They frequently sat with their paws crossed, and it was always the left paw crossed over the right.
