My comment: Starmer has been hemorrhaging support for several months now, especially with the creation of Jeremy Corbyn's pitiful new party (of which, at last check, Corbyn was kinda unaware) and with his continuation of Johnson's "open Channel" policy (which he seems now to be regretting). This is a pitiful attempt by Starmer to appeal to the Muslim community for votes and nothing more. He won't get many beyond what he already has and they absolutely won't matter. The key takeaway from this is that England is, once again, doomed to be controlled by conservatives. The only question is whether Reform has the votes or if, given how much the citizens of England are in an absolute uproar, the hideous UKIP can actually make some headway.
More's the pity that the U.K., specifically England and Scotland, are doomed politically. And more so that it's by their own hands.
