That’s heart failure. Oxygen is not reaching tissues due to inadequate circulation, and carbon dioxide is building up in his bloodstream due to inadequate circulation making the oxygen deficit in his body worse. I’m not a doctor, I’m an old cardiovascular technician, and I’m putting my champagne.on ice!
