Dictators Fall From Power - Glenn Kirschner

So friends, as you may know if you're a regular viewer of my Justice Matters videos, at the end of each month we do a short recap of legal stories of the past month. I usually start with one of the stories early in the month and one of the stories late in the month.

But today, I just want to go right to May 31 - the end of the month - because that is the day on which a federal judge ordered that Donald Trump's name must be removed from the Kennedy Center. And friends, that is such an important story and an important court ruling because we have seen what happens in countries around the world when dictators fall from power.

When a dictator start to fall from power, his statues come down, his filthy name is taken off the buildings that he's placed it on. Donald Trump is losing power, and may be starting to fall from power.

I'm not saying we're there yet, but we are on a much better trajectory now than we were a few months ago. I hope you enjoy this short video recapping the legal stories for the month it was May 2026. - Glenn Kirschner - 06/01/2026.

No, we’re not – and we’re not going to be.

The tragic, frustrating fact is that the mechanics of American governance actually prevents a dictator’s fall from power – no matter how despised, no matter how reviled, the American people are forced to suffer a dictator’s authoritarianism until the end of his term, powerless to rid themselves of his evil.
