Consider planning for a Democracy Garden - a Vegetable Garden

Looking way back, I think it was WWII when people had Peace Gardens.

We have no idea how bad things will get under this administration with its tariff wars and anti-cooperative, hostile, tough guy approach to friendly nations as well as its domestic economic policies that sound like those preceding and in the early years of the Great Depression.

It’s a very good idea. If you personally don’t have the space research community gardens near you or start one if able.

There are so many deer in my community that they are starving. They're eating things that they never used to eat, inlcuding holly and hellebore.

On the plus side, if things get really bad, the meat-eaters can have a field day shooting deer and geese.
