In my mind's eye I'm still in my 30's and I wonder where all this pain is coming from and why I'm so friggin' slow!
I had laminectomies on L3, L4, and L5.
I have what is known as Failed Back Surgery Syndrome.

Am old too, and lots of mobility/balance issues. I got myself a nifty 'rollerator' walker as I am a realist
