votes in Rockford County.

It's a single district in Rockford where she received no voted. Something like 500 total voters. This is also a district where Biden received no votes. This goes along with districts across the country over many election cycles where a candidate got 0 votes. It happens.

At best this is a hopeless and pointless endeavor, but it might also be a grift.
