3. MEDICAID, not Medicare.

It's a very, very important difference. Medicaid is a completely different organization and funded completely differently. Medicare covers gunshot wounds ONLY for Medicare recipients, and they are the least likely demographic group to have those injuries.

Please try hard to get this correctly when you post. It matters. It's not just a spelling error.
