11. If we could stop time, preserve everyones memory, and go back to either of those elections

We might or might not have had trump 1 in 16. But I dont thing 24 would have changed if we just went back to that one.

Starting from the top, the people who voiced off and voted (or skipped voting) based on race, age, and gender wont be changing their votes for anything as minimal as the collapse of society or world downturn. If anything, I think more of the wealthy and powerful people would jump in earlier to be seen supporting a "winner". Meanwhile, Im still not convinced it was a free and fair election, and going back in time wouldnt fix that either.
